Extended project submission deadline for calls on Priority Axis 1 of Competitiveness Operational Programme (POC)
The National Authority for Scientific Research released an official document that extends the deadline for project submissions. This comes in the wake of widespread condemnation from the private sector concerning the lack of transparency and communication breakdown that governed the launch of seven financing lines under POC 2014-2020.
First call for projects on Operational Programme Administrative Capacity (POCA)
On May 25th, the POCA 2014 – 2020 Management Authority has opened the first call for projects on this operational programme.
New call for projects available on Sectorial Operational Programme Human Resources Development (POS DRU) 2007 - 2013
The new call – no. 190 – addresses projects that seek to support the development of the educational system in order to enhance the quality of pre-university education and to correlate the educational programme with the needs of the labour market.
Increased amount of EU funds available for the 2007 – 2013 National Rural Development Programme (PNDR)
The European Commission approved the transfer of EU funds from the Agency for Rural Investment Financing (AFIR) to Measures 123 and 322. There is a substantial request for EU funds under these measures as beneficiaries understood the positive impact of these financing lines on rural communities.
PNDR EU funds absorption rate is currently 84%.
New call for projects launched on Horizon 2020
The European Commission has launched a new call for projects addressing cyber security. The allocated budget for this call is 50M euro.
New Applicant’s Guide for POS DRU 2007 – 2013
The Management Authority of this programme launched a public consultation for a new Applicant’s Guide that addresses projects directed towards the improvement of paediatric medical skills of medical personnel.
